I found this author through a Facebook group a few years ago. I follow Her web site and decided to buy the books. Her recipes are easy to make and taste amazing! I lost my grandmother's recipes when she passed, but these are almost the same! My dad is very impressed when I make him one of these recipes. He said they taste like hers!

These are my favorite cookbooks among a few other Japanese cookbooks that I have since I use the "Just One Cookbook" the most. All of the recipes that I have made from this author have been successful. It is also helpful to me that the author has a Blog with helpful hints videos and more. I really enjoy this author's cookbooks. I think you may too.
