1.0 out of 5 stars Broken Box and plastic cover
Reviewed in Canada on 6 October 2020
The box is damaged as well as the plastic cover of the patch panel. Hopefully all the ports will work.
I will install it next month so let's see if everything will be okay.
If all the ports will work then I will change it to 5 stars!

3.0 out of 5 stars OK, but use correct tool.
Reviewed in the United States on 20 September 2016
If trying to use a 110 punch down tool you will probably have issues with connection faults. This Keystone panel has angled terminals designed for a Krone tool. They are not straight terminals designed for the 110 punch down blade. The 110 blades will bend the angled metal connectors into an unreliable shape. Although listed for both tools, these hybrid connections are not reliable. The terminals will be angled or straight. Most of these Chinese parts are European specific. Refer to pictures of an angled European Krone connecter vs the straight 110 blade for American Standard connectors. Check the angle of the terminals before ordering any Keystone patch panel. The panel will work great with the correct tool. Will prevent future headaches.

5.0 out of 5 stars Patch panel with solid connectors

Great patch panel. The finish is nice, and it feels like a quality piece of equipment. The ports are solid, and hold the cables well. The rear punch down block allows for both the A or B standard to be used, and allows for the Krone or 110 punch down tool to be used. I used the 110 tool, and had no problem punching the solid Cat 6 wires down. It creates a solid connection. Transfer speeds are fast at a true gigabit speed.
