These combos have become my bread and butter for end user peripherals. For the price they honestly cannot be beat, and they work for years. Even under heavy load, this combo just keeps on going and going.

While the keyboard isn't sold as "ergonomic", in my experience it definitely isn't detrimental to your health. I have used this combo for about 2 years now, and I have had no problems with my wrists. The kickstands get it to a nice height, and the keys travel enough.

The mouse is your average mouse that works for most office situations. It is a little on the small side, so those with bigger hands may require something larger.

I bought two of these for testing PCs at my work.

They are the least expensive keyboard/mouse combos I could find that I trust to work properly.
Unfortunately, they use that cheap paint method to put the letters on the keys, so I'm not sure how long that will last. Since I'm just using them for testing, they may last a long time.

Cheaply lettered keyboards, if I used them as my regular keyboard, the letters only last about year before they start wearing off. Since I won't be using these keyboards regularly, I'm hoping the letters will last without any issues.

Both keyboards and mice worked without any issues. I don't see the point in purchasing anything less expensive than this set since you will get a cheap POS with key sticking issues, or poor travel or poor feel while typing. At $20 I really don't see why you wouldn't just go with this well known, reliable brand name.

Good keyboard and mouse combo

I needed a cheap wired mouse and keyboard for working at home. This combo is good and does the job. I like that the keyboard layout is the standard layout. After using a number of "deluxe" keyboards through the years, I can type a lot faster on this one because they didn't mess with the layout. My main problem with the keyboard is that the keys are loud when I type. I know some people prefer this though. I like my keyboards to be silent. The mouse is okay. The scrolling on it could be smoother but it does the job.

Foolproof simple effective keyboard and topnotch mouse

They keyboard, for a low cost budget keyboard like this, is pretty good. I do 10 finger touch typing, and I can type comfortably on it for lengths of time. My favorite is Cherry MX Red keys so I use a professional keyboard now, but for other computers around the house I have a few of these Logitech ones.
The mouse is very good, and I use these low cost Logitech M100 for all the computers around the house. I don't like how many manufacturers try to make mice "special" by giving them weird shapes. A mouse with any kind of convex shape to it, make your hand sore after a while. Not so with these Logitech ones. It's an old trusty shape from way back from the 90s, and ever since then, I've only ever tolerate those exact shaped mice. I'm glad Logitech kept making them. If they would ever phase them out, that shape, I'd be buying a life time supply of them. They last many years each those, even under heavy use. Accuracy is just fine. All this talk about high DPI on the "better" ones, I don't need it. I'm using this with a 4K monitor so tons of pixels in front of me, and this mouse navigates the pointer perfectly.

The 90s...

It's pretty much the exact same keyboard I bought in the 90s all those years ago... Maybe the 90s one didn't have the 3 windows keys. That's all the bell and whistles it's got though, just the windows keys. No volume, no calculator, no nothing. You can drop it with confidence, smash it against a table after losing a mach, get tangle in the cords and yank it, it'll probably be fine! The mouse is fairly accurate... It's a wired keyboard form Logitech, what the H more do you want.
