"In The Lost Apothecary, Sarah Penner convincingly weaves three heroines and two timelines into one tale of poison, revenge, and the silent network of women helping other women in a world stacked against them.... A bold, edgy, accomplished debut!" --Kate Quinn, New York Times bestselling author of The Alice Network and The Huntress "Dark, clever, and wickedly fun, The Lost Apothecary is a true page-turner. Great read except for the ending. Unfortunately it felt like the author ran out of steam in the last chapter

Great sellerReviewed in the United States on 20 April 2021
This is one of those books that I purchased without reading the description just because the cover was so beautiful. Here’s to hoping that the story is equally as captivating. I really came here to brag a bit about the seller. The book had not arrived at the time it was due to arrive (after waiting almost a month for it) so I finally had to contact the seller. The seller was quick with their response and quick to mend the no-arrival issue. The seller was also gracious enough to send extra copies of the book so I could pass the joy along. Needless to say, my family and friends are now also excited to add another beautiful book to their collections.

Loved This BookReviewed in the United States on 6 July 2021
I read a lot of books and this one still lingers on my mind. I have recommended it to numerous people. The book was filled with twists and turns that still leave me wondering. I heard the author speak and was fascinated that she intentionally didn't tie up every loose end so that the reader would have something left to the imagination. I think this would be a terrific book club book as there is so many things to talk about here.
