I have been incredibly blessed to work with some of the most amazing clients in the residential luxury markets. My sales ability and in depth knowledge of evolving technology for marketing is the key to my success. From being the CEO of the largest film and music company in San Francisco, I got my license and went to work in Real Estate. My timing wasn’t perfect because it was 2003 and we had just gone to war with Iraq and you almost couldn’t give properties away as the market was in a serious downturn however, I broke several sales records as a brand new agent that year. I started working with Sotheby’s in 2004 and became the top 1% of the country in less than 1 year. I sold several houses over $10 Million and became a minor celebrity in less than a year in Silicon Valley selling homes to some of the top tech elites, among them sold the first house over $100M in the history of the United States. Once my kids were out of the house, I relocated to Los Angeles in 2014 and work with the Beverly Hills Office of Sotheby’s and in 2017 ranked among the top .5 of 1% of real estate agents. I also know all of the top agents in town, nationally and internationally and I have a lot of respect among my peers and have often become great friends with the agents on the other side of the transaction.. I feel my advantage over the agents that have worked only here, is they do tend to be very local, they don’t visit San Francisco, NYC or Hong Kong and many of our clients here do live in many other cities and this is their 3rd, 4th or 5th home.

I am involved with the Los Angeles Opera and chaired Opera Ball opening night in 2015.

Erica became a professional writer in 1984 and has had more than 5,000 articles published befpre she began writing books. Her first nonfiction self help book was published in 2007 "Prospect When You are Happy," (2007, Wyatt-Mackenzie) that released to #1 bestseller in November 2019 as a Kindle version. She built the independent publishing company Happy Publishing in 2012 and has since released more than 75 #1 bestselling books and helped over 200 authors reach #1 bestseller status.
