Very, very bad. This cream eyeshadow was cracked and dried out completely. When researching the lot number I found out that this pot of shadow I was sold is over 8 years old! Maybelline through Amazon must be trying to offload old stock. Outrageous.

Colour Name: Groundbreaker

Mit dem Lidschatten an sich war ich eigentlich total zufrieden und auch der Preis hat gepasst, allerdings kann ich einem Produkt das Mikroplastik, Nanopartikel, Substanzen, welche im Verdacht stehen Krebs zu erzeugen und Polymere, welche als biologisch schwer abbaubar gelten, enthält, leider nicht mehr als einen Stern geben. Von einer Firma wie Maybelline hätte ich wirklich mehr erwartet.
Wen soetwas nicht stört, der darf gerne weiter lesen:
Mit 53 Gramm hat man sicher eine ganze Weile etwas von diesem Lidschatten. Das Döschen lässt sich sauber verschrauben und man kann den Lidschatten bequem mit einem Pinsel, Schwämmchen oder dem Finger entnehmen. Je nach dem wie intensiv man die Farbe möchte, trägt man mehr oder weniger auf. Ein Hauch reicht schon, um einen tollen Glitzereffekt mit rotem Schimmer zu erzeugen. Dies würde ich fürs Alltags- Make-up empfehlen. Abends darf man dann ruhig nochmal eine Ladung nachlegen und man erzeugt einen wirklichen Eyecatcher. Tolle Farbe mit super Schimmer- Effekt! Gefällt mir wirklich gut, gerade im Kontrast zu grünstichigen Augen! Der Lidschatten hat beim Auftragen eine richtig cremige Konsistenz, überhaupt nicht pudrig, lässt sich auch wunderbar und gleichmäßig verteilen. Nach ein paar Minuten "trocknet" er dann und lässt sich nur noch schwer korrigieren. Dafür sammelt er sich aber auch nicht in der Lidfalte, was man von den meisten Puderlidschatten kennt. Er ist wasserfest, wie beschrieben. Mit Mandelöl fürs Gesicht, bekomme ich den Lidschatten ganz einfach wieder ab. An und für sich ein Spitzenprodukt, wären da die besagten Inhaltsstoffe nicht. Daher leider die schlechte Bewertung. Schade.

First of all, I looked forward to receiving this item. It has been ages since I could wear eye shadow, so I was really looking forward to get this, hoping it would be more of a crème. Wrong - the product in all three colors I ordered, was solid and dried out! Of the other colors and the white, I guess the white was the best of all three, but still not really usable straight from the little pot of color!! I had to scoop some out and mix it with something, I chose a dap of moisturizer. But that took away the long lasting color. I will stick with another name brand, which seems to work better. Thank you Amazon!! I have been a usually loving customer!!! Few times have I had trouble!! You are great!!

This was probably a nice product when it was in date but the one I received was obviously very out of date and old. It was so died up that it had pulled away from the pot . It looked discolored. I swatch it and it was too dry to adhere and felt sort of gummy. I’m going to have to stop buying makeup from the individual stores on here and just stick to those sold by Amazon only. I’m going to do a return if I can.

This product made my eyelids itch and burn for two days after using it just once. If you have sensitive skin, especially around your eyes, you probably need to steer clear of this one. I had this issue with all three shades I purchased: Vintage Plum, Inked in Pink, and Painted Purple. Over the years I have wasted so much money on eye makeup that I cannot use due to irritation, so I hope my review spares someone.

It's so dried out when I opened it the product was seperated like this. You can see in the video swatching this normally doesn't pick up any color. I have to press soooooo hard just to get some sheer coverage. And I remember getting this from the drugstore, it's usually soooooo much better!

I love pink eye shadow and was excited to try this product. However, when I opened the package, it was dry as a bone and trying to put it on my eyelid was impossible. It was flakey and was not creamy at all; it seemed like the product had been in the container way too long and had no moisture in it. There was no way to blend it with anything and was unusable.

I was so hoping to get something that worked and was cheaper than thrive causemetics, but I guess you get what you pay for. This doesn't go on smoothly at all and other eyeshadow pretty impossible to blend with it. Maybe I'm just picky, but I wouldn't recommend.
