I swear by this over Vicks any day. Sometimes Vicks contains coconut oil which I know is good to use however if you have an allergy to it you can’t use it and why would you want to put something on you that you’re allergic to remember 60% of what you put on your skin goes into your body. When I feel like I’m coming down with something whether it be a cold or a bug anything of the sort I put this on my chest my under arms as well as the bottom of my feet that’s what my grandmother and mother used to do when I was a kid and it always made me feel better and if you really want to take it up a notch instead of just breathing in steam water if you boil it with a little salt add a little teaspoon of this it will open up your sinuses and release all that junk out
