Overall it's a good product. I wouldn't say this is the finest variety on the Dolce Gusto line of pods (try the Starbucks Cappuccino if you want a fair comparison there) but it certainly makes a serviceable flat white. Better than the instant powder stuff you'll find at your Woolies but certainly not the same calibre as a flat white that you may get a Maccas for instance. One benefit of this cartridge versus the other latte/cappuccino cartridges is that it's just one cartridge to prepare the drink. As a result, there's less messing about to get your coffee. In addition, you'll also get more servings per box. If you can find these on sale, I'd recommend getting them.
