The color is perfect. Soft pastel blue but I'm not sure what's up with the formula. It went on streaky, showed brush strokes and was just difficult. I added a few drops of lacquer thinner (never had to do that for a brand new bottle before) and it helped a bit. Not sure the color is cute enough to go through the whole ordeal again though.
