4.0 out of 5 stars Flagship killer TWS. Comprehensive Review.
Reviewed in India on 30 September 2020
There's 2 versions of this review.
In short : If you want a TWS with in ear type buds and a really good sound profile. Go for this or save 1500 and go for the W31. ANC is added bonus and trust me it works. Bad part is touch controls are not that good. But W31 is more value for money.

In Long:
Here's the deal. Let's start off with the most popular feature of this product.
ANC or Active Noise Cancellation (4.3/5) (p.s I also have used Sony W1000MX4 so that6the benchmark I had): It works and it works really good. Dont expect it to nullify your world with no sound coming in like a Bose or Sony would. Since it's like a "lite" version of actual ANC, the effects are not profound everywhere such as your quite room. Take it to streets, wear them on, double tap on left buds and you will be surprised on how it swiftly silents down the world around a bit. And passive noise cancellation from those in-ear tips makes it a quieter experience.

Sound(4.2/5): It is definitely a warm tone but don't expect it to sound like a 5,000 rupees earphones. The bass is great and it's not exactly punchy and that's a good part because the other aspects of the sound really lives up such as the vocals and instruments. Surround sound effect could have been better. They sound more like 2.5K or 3k earphones which is justified.

Build (4.5/5) :- Case has this surprisingly good weight to it making it feel like a premium and very solid product. I personally enjoy holding it in my palms. There's a lack of hinge which is just one problem with it. Case onced opened, the lid is basically a free moving part like a cheap toy. Buds are very premium though. And they sit very well on my ears (it differs from ear to ear).

Touch Controls (1/5) : Its the worst part here. I gave it 1 just because it was working good with my brother but not with me. No way to pause a music on tap (wear detection is good but not exactly convenient), no way to go to previous song, left earbuds is just for ANC switch and assistant while right one is for skipping tracks, calls (double tap to answer/hang up) and assistant. I am using Google Assistant now to adjust volume. And worst part is it doesn't recognises the touch of the owner but it becomes a happy and obedient dog for my brother.

Battery life (4.5/5) : I can manage for 3 days on a single charge of the case eith moderate use and it's good for me. It can be better but it is compensated with the wireless charging facility it provides. Just put the wireless pad on your desk and place the buds so you really won't notice the battery life (given that u dont binge watch series or movies for hours and hours).

Call Quality (6/5) : One point extra for being extremely good. Triple mic does its job and it is just absolutely good. The other person was surprised as well. It surpassed my very doubtful expectations and I can happily say that the call quality is on par or even better than 10-15k tws.

Gaming (5/5) : No complaints here since there is almost no lag and thanks to the good mic setup, you really wont miss out on planning your next move in your game.

So summing it up, if you are on a tight budget, go for W31. They make a better option. Lack of ANC but more bassy sound and cheaper. If I would have gotten a chance to try both side by side, I would have preferred the W31 for most of the time.

But these are really good as well and for 5000 rs, trust me W51 is the best! Yes there are down sides to it like touch controls are rubbish but everything else makes up for it. ANC, sound profile, build quality, almost no lag and the call quality is just too good.

VERDICT (8.5/10) : it's the flagship killer of flagship TWS.
