for the first month of using the monitor, i had no complaints. Colours were nice, screen is a bit dim, but bright enough for me, and just doing anything on my computer, at 144hz, felt so much more fluid. noticeable motion blur but its one of those things you forget about after a few days. Freesync is a nice bonus as well, it eliminates screen tearing when playing games.
1440p 32 inches means that the pixel density was about the same as a 24 inches 1080p monitor, which is what i had before, so the screen wasn't really that much sharper, just that there's more screen space for you to do stuff (you can put more windows on the screen at the same time without feeling cramped, for example).
so, as far as the product goes, its good.
unfortunately, after a month of use at 1440p144hz, a full column of stuck pixels (green) appeared on the screen. barely noticeable when browsing on a black/white background, but watch a movie or play a game that ever uses red or blue and it becomes hard *not* to notice.
this might just be me having some awful luck (especially when you read the other reviews about this product) but stuck pixels should not appear on a monitor within the first few years at the very least.
right now i have RMA'd this monitor and should be getting it back within the month (unless MSI decides that this damage is physical and not a defect).
