To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I won't run out of recipes as the book has such a vast number of them. I tried a few and followed them successfully. However, the language is weird and strangely, I find many sentences repeated throughout the book with slight variations like this one: deal with not slipping as the oil can make your tub tricky or elusive. It sounds like a bad Google translation. Sometimes, I had to laugh when I found funny statements like: remedy to prevent flu and bloodless. Surely, I don't want to be bloodless LOL. And here another one of the weirdest sentences I encountered: In all actuality most organizations would utilize the least expensive oil in most astounding fixation and just utilize low rate of costlier transporter oil so they can make more benefit. It's obvious to me, the author is not fluent in English and must have used Google translate or the like. Therefore, the book is not a real joy to read even though I like the useful recipes.
I'm not sure why Amazon is selling stolen goods, but this book most certainly is stolen. All the weird expressions that make it seem the author swallowed a thesaurus? A dead givaway. Remember 3rd grade? How you tried to change a few words to hide the fact you lifted a paragraph or 3 from the encyclopedia? That is what those weird words are trying to hide. All these recipes came off the Internet and belong to their original authors. For shame trying to pass this off as original work!
I suspect this book has been "spun", i.e., computer-written from another text--or perhaps it is just badly edited--but it needs some serious quality control. There are words that shouldn't be there, words that are missing and words that simply do not mean what the author is (apparently) intending.
From the first chapter: "The authentic recipe consists of a strong brewed tea but I would alternately not consist of any water in this scrub, as it would make it go terrible extra speedy." And a few sentences later: "It enables to restore the impact of ageing."
Those lines, and several more of the same dubious quality, can be seen in the "Look Inside". Many, many, many more awaited those of us who were unfortunate enough to have bought the entire thing.
I am not the best English major but if I am reading a book, I don't want to have to edit the sentences in my brain. All I could take from this was the bad grammar and editing . Nope can't even do this book at all.
