I thought I got me a jackpot when I saw this product. Normally this bulb is very expensive but not this one. But very disappointed when I finally got the chance to use it. This bulb without any description that this bulb is old school because when you turn the bulb on, it will start very dim and gradually turn to full bright. Just be aware when you buy this product. The price was the only indicator that it's the old kind a bulb.

Need to replace my GX24Q-3 bulbs and Sylvania no longer making the bulb, I tried many different options including LED. Brand name bulbs would cost the same price as you get this pack of 4. So it is a great value!

However these bulbs are not the same as Sylvania, it takes time to warm up and they are not as bright. I have 3 bathroom fans require these bulbs and compare to the one that's about to die still brighter than these.

I don't know if they will be as long lasting (however for the price, if it works for 1 year, it already pay off), if you shake the bulb it has some loose glass noise, at first I thought it's broken but they do turn on.

I suggest you test all the bulb once you receive the pack to ensure they all work, as some comment suggested not all bulb works.

Finally got around to replacing my the burned out bulb in my kitchen (sloped roof approx 15ft up). Decided to order 4 and replace all 4 to avoid doing it again soon. Decided on these brighter bulbs and what a difference. Went from a yellow hue to a bright white. Should've done this sooner.

So, only 3*...you may ask why, and that is fair. I am replacing all the bulbs in my house with 5k color lighting, so I bought these to replace the lighting in my kitchen. While I love the color, they take about 2 minutes to warm up to full brightness. This is a big change from the previous bulbs I had which immediately went to full on. So, 3* because when I first time them on they are quite dim...my wife and I have laughed the past week every time we turn them on. Maybe in time they will break in, who knows.

THIS WAS THE FIRST OF NEW ERA CONSERVATION! THEY WORK WELL BUT MAY NOT BE AS EFFICIENT AS LED.
I DID SOLAR PANELS WHEN IT WAS PRICEY AND STILL USE MY OLDER CFL LAMPS.. MY 3500 SQ FT HOUSE ELECTRIC BILLS ARE STILL VERY LOW COMPARED TO OUR NEIGHBORS WITH 1/2 THE SQ FOOTAGE OF MY HOME.
