They're nice and compact and very easy to setup. Along with the light you get a mounting plate, wall plugs and screws, but you don't get the batteries included. You'll need 4 x C batteries (chunky sized).
The original Mr/ Beams I have is mounted in a small, understairs, cupboard and only comes on when we open the door, the batteries haven't been changed in the years we've had it!
The new lights are going into a tall cupboard and into a new shed, with the day mostly dark during winter it's impossible to find anything in the shed at this time of year.
I'm no DIY expert but even I managed to fit these without a problem. The sensor works brilliantly, activating the light as soon as motion is detected (in this case from the door movement). It quickly turns off when motion is no longer detected and the light doesn't come on when the room it already well lit.
Great bit of kit, especially for those small spaces you're never going to fit an electrically wired light in.
