I should’ve read the reviews before I purchased!!
I wanted the bold, black hanging folders shown and not these dark grayish folders that came.
Even the box shows the true black folder.
Pretty disappointing.
They’re flimsy and thin, but that’s ok since they are made from recycled materials. I just got these so I’m not sure how durable they are yet.
If you want true black folders, these are not it.

I am giving these file folders 2 stars strictly because the colors are so pretty but for me, otherwise, these are a total fail. They are extremely thin and flimsy ... much more so than ANY others I have ever had. I planned on re-doing all my many files with these cheerful ones, but just knowing how much many of my files currently hold I can not imagine these holding up with even a moderate amount of use. I just wish I had not gotten excited and opened more than one of the packages before it occurred to me that (imo) the quality is not what I wanted, or I would return them. Ugh.

I wasn't expecting much from hanging file folders bought for cheap offline. But these are very flimsy. They don't feel as thick as even a manilla folder. They aren't wide enough for my hanging file drawer either and when I slide them to search through them they constantly fall off the rails. I compared then to some from my work and those do hold up better. Just goes to show that you need to pay a little extra if you want to get something that works correctly.

Am very disappointed with these hanging file folders. They arrived curved in the box and won't stay straight in your file drawer. They won't stay flat on their hangers and mess up my drawer. They are made with a type of paper or material that is way too soft and will not hold its shape. Don't buy these.

The item description is incorrect - it includes the standard clear plastic tabs, not color-matched like the description claims.

I bought this specifically because it said under the description, and I quote: "Package includes color-matched plastic tabs." Color-matched tabs to me means tabs that match the color of the folder. I didn't receive tabs that matched the folder, I received the clear, standard plastic tabs. There are other listing (or listings) on Amazon that state the folders come with clear plastic tabs, and I wanted pink tabs with the pink folders. I based my purchase decision on an incorrect statement in the item description. Furthermore, the tabs in the picture look pink and not clear. The folders themselves are what I was looking for and they are fine, but I would have purchased something else (or waited on a better price for these) had I known I was getting clear tabs. Now I either have to purchase the pink tabs separately or change my project altogether.

The price was great but the teal file folders were packaged in a box to small so now some are bent and all curved. See comparison against the blue hanging files and yellow box. The blue ones (from a different brand) were packaged in a box appropriate for the size of the folders. They aren't bent are curved in the center.
