and.. after a couple of weeks of practice, I prefer to use Logitech MX master 2, as
Logitech MX Master 2:
1) it's got more weight on, so more stable, whereas this product is quite light, so you need to hold it a lot stronger than logitech one.
2) buttons are clicked better in logitech one, this Perixx one is not to bad, but still logitech one is better
3) *** important *** when I check my arm's twitching when mouse button is clicked, (this is very personal experience with my arthritis condition), I can see my muscle movement, and this movement can cause more pain to my arm (again, personal experience).
I could say, these muscle movement levels are:
Normal ordinary cheap mouse: 7
So, overall this is better than normal cheap mouse for people having arthritis or wrist pain.
However if you have money, I believe... logitech MX master series or logitech vertical mouse (expansive one...) could be better option.
I think this product is okay, but I just want to help people who considering this mouse for their wrist pains and especially if you are already using good mouse (like logitech mx master series...).
If I knew this, I would save money and buy logitech vertical mouse instead.
I think it might be OK for those who do not have any hand injury.
1) Mouse wheel click is rather hard compared to other mouses I have used
2) The light on the side of the mouse is always on. It would be good if it turned off when the PC sleeps, etc.

What more do I need to add.
Having broken my old Trust basic mouse, it did not survive being dropped. I looked for a new conventional mouse. Initially I looked for a Trust product having been perfectly happy with the original offering.
But I felt that as so much now is web and portal based that the move to a vertical mouse would be the way forward.
As always I looked at the options for a track ball item but the price is still too high one assumes they remain a niche market and product.
So the next thought was a vertical mouse and then it was a toss up between Perixx and Trust. I already use a heavy duty Perixx 517 keyboard and as that has worked perfectly I felt I could send my order for a mouse to the same company.
The controls work fine and I had to do 0% relearning as everything falls to hand. I have quite large hands and the mouse is an ideal fit nothing is a stretch to reach and operate.
For the money and the feel of the item this was a good purchase. I am always a bit uncertain about generic items many of which fall into the comparison list on this page.
If you are after a small change in your office you could do worse than invest in a vertical mouse for all those bound to a computer terminal.
Still working fine in 2021. Although my colleague was completely floored by overthinking how to use it.
Ergonomics- Well designed but should have been a bit wider so that you wouldn't have to apply pressure from the thumb side.
Material- Amazing. glossy on buttons and matt rubber on palm and thumb side.
Design- Blue LED Light on the thumb side is very subtle and sleek. Doesn't distract your eyes (The fear I had). The red infrared light on the bottom is strong. It should have been an invisible one. Very long cable for wired version.
Buttons- It is quite elongated, So if u hold the mouse halfway, you can still click the buttons which are good. You don't need to reach the front edge to click. The bad part is the clicks are not silent. It has the strong noise of cheap plastic clicks. The scroll wheel is too hard to press. Literally, have to hold the mouse firmly to click the scrollwheel.
Accuracy- 1600 DPI is ok. But the more the better. 2000DPI+ would have been better.
