What great recipes. I have celiac disease and must eat gluten-free, so I was excited to read the recipes are “pre-marked”.
Never before have I browsed so quickly through a “ regular” cookbook!
I was curious to see if I could convert the ones not marked gluten free and discovered, with a few exceptions, that the gluten items in the recipes are easily exchanged for GF items like pasta.
Out of the 75 recipes, only 22 have gluten ingredients!
