Counterfeit or Defective

The print of the logo is so blurred that I think it is counterfeit, or else it should be defective. I have uploaded detailed pictures of my original brush head with the product I received. The texture of the plastic brush neck is not smooth. Even though it would fit my handle it cannot come off easily. I had to pull it off so hard that I’m afraid to break my toothbrush. All three brush head in the package come with the same condition.
