Unbelievably cool! This baby just oozes style.
You can probably get more sophisticated DAB radios. But, for sheer retro-beauty, this radio is incredibly awesome. It's quirky, interesting and absolutely gorgeous. It sits resplendently on my sideboard, proud in its golden, 50s glory!
And the sound quality is surprisingly decent (for the money). It's a got a base reflex hole round the back, giving it a deep, bassy sound. It's loud and fills the room with joyous sound. Of course it's not hifi quality, but for the price, it's WAY above average.
It's really solidly built and is nice and big!
If you want a fancy 5-line colour display, fine sound quality adjustment, internet compatibility, etc, then this won't be right for you. But if you want something which is totally, completely groovy, you'll not be disappointed with this! Just great!
