A good looking book with some good recipes, but a lot of them just don’t make sense.

Measurement conversion isn’t correct (see pic) and the steps in some of the recipes just don’t make sense. How do you purée Chillies and then ensure the “Chillies must be fully submerged”.

Like I said, it looks good but it looks like it been proof read after Friday Lunch drinks at the Pub.
