Great recipes by a great cook.Reviewed in the United States on 13 March 2014
Ray has some good hometown recipes that brought me back to my childhood growing up in Chicago. Pork, the other white meat is so good on the grill!

The recipes are easy to followReviewed in the United States on 13 January 2015
Don't let the author's pseudonym 'Dr BBQ' steer you away from this cookbook, I never knew you could do so many things with pork chops. The recipes are easy to follow. And in addition to recipes the book offers interesting facts on this cut of meat. And the photos are exceptional.
