Came permanently dented on the front. The back is not smooth like the picture that's only on one side - the back has like a raised track mark in like an H shape, as if it were the underside of a vertical suitcase. So if you liked that aesthetic too this is not actually the *case* ;)
I did contact the company first and they offered me a refund of £3 - I said all I wanted was for the page to represent what the case actually looked like. They said they will update this soon. But as it wasn't for sure Im letting you guys know now in the interim.

This case is pretty decent for the price, I believe it should be more around the £8.99 range, but it does a decent job, feel comfortable with my hard drive in it, has a couple plastics wallets to store usb drive. It's bggest flaw is that to be super safe, I had to buy the orange rubber protective case because as you can see the padded flap inside would only protect the central areas of the hard drive, so had to buy additional orange rubber cover to be super safe
