I have reduced my weight by 60kg in the last 2 years whilst enjoying the flavourful bounty that is Plant Based eating and I'll never go back to the Standard American (Australian) Diet.
Fitter, healthier and cleaner than I have ever been in my adult life since I swapped my SAD old diet... many thanks for the inspiration(s) in this cookbook.
