The Cover page is bad at all. It gives you the feeling to want to pen you see.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 April 2021

Definitely an ExpertReviewed in the United States on 31 October 2017
Hugh is a leadership expert who has clear thinking and clear writing -- exactly what you get in this book (or in his consulting)! I spoke with Hugh recently and these 7 Principles were boiled down from 13. This tells me a few things: (a) this guy KNOWS leadership and (b) he writes about what is critical to being an excellent leader (Mindset, Awareness) and (c) he is an expert because of his ability to condense and make things simple - not more complex.

Loved chapter 1 on purposeReviewed in the United States on 4 July 2019
As an MBA student looking to figure out what I want to do for my career and how to best use my MBA, this book was tremendouly helpful in helping me think through what my purpose is. And now that I have at least a rough draft of my prupose as a business leader, helping employees flourish leading to excellent customer experiences, I have much more narrow of a focus. I am so grateful for this book!
