It has assisted me in understanding the importance of project management and the four stages i.e. initial, planning, executing and closing as well as the risk factors of doing projects without the project management. It has sorted out for me in knowing the breakdown of goals for a successful project. It has taught me some strategies and ideas for organizing the projects you take on in your professional and personal life.
Good planning strategy starts with job description and tools that you need. Is good to visualise it as chart or table of contents or network diagrams. Very important is time analysis and financial calculation. So is worth to step by step organize your income and costs. Susan highlight also risk management as plan B, so it is worth to consider your advertisement via social media if you need to have better communication about your project.
Also feedback is crucial for build-up strong position on the market. So why not to start monitor your customer relationships with table of content.
