Bought a couple of these to use outdoors as I'm trailing a vehicle charging cable across a gate and footpath. It was easy to cut to length (used a Stanley knife), has a nice bright yellow stripe to aid visibility and the cable channel is more than adequate. It certainly looks tough enough to deal with the footfall it's going to get but only time will tell if it's able to deal with the seasonal outdoor elements. It also usefully comes with a 'bridging extender' or coupler, should you need to connect two (or more) of these together.
However... as has been mentioned in a few reviews, it arrives fairly tightly coiled and will absolutely not sit flat when unpacked without some serious 'opposite coiling' and a proper soaking in a sink full of hot water... and maybe any other methods of softening and reforming that you may know of... because even after that, it still arches and is potentially more of a trip hazard than the cable it's supposed to be making a 'non-trip hazard'. I hope it will settle down eventually... but as it currently stands, I do feel the constant need to walk along it to help it get there...
Other than that, it's hard not to recommend it.
