★ようやく、Patchが提供されました。20190829追記
　8/23日にようやく「修正Patch作ったから、SSHで接続して云々…」という
　メールが届きました。商品を購入してから4カ月以上。
　QNAPの技術部門が不具合を認識してから2カ月。
　なのに、修正Patch送付のメールから120時間で「どうだ？」メールはないでしょ。
　ルールかもしれないけど、空気読め…偉そうに。
　ちゃんとテストしたのか？も怪しい。
　今後のファームウェアへの統合の有無も書かれていない。
　ダメな場合のアンインストールについても書かれていない。
　データのバックアップが終わるまで、試す状況ではないでしょう？
　正式に、『TS-453Beでは特定の拡張カードを増設すれば後方のUSBは
　使えない不具合』があるという事です。
　現状、その場合、サポートにアポを取り、怪しい修正Patchを適用すれば
　修正できるかもしれない。同構成をお考えの方はご注意ください。

★壊れてませんでした。もっと悪い状況です。20190709追記

　新たな状況となり、サポートとやり取りを新たに始めています。
　すでに2週間を経過。開発チームはバグを確認。ファームウェアの
　修正ができるかどうか？確認中です。というか、できなかったら、
　マジで返品させてくれ。2台とも。

・事象
　TS-453Beに拡張カード「QM2-2S-220A」を取り付けると、
　後方のUSB3.0ポートが全て無効になる。

・原因
　ファームウェアのバグという回答。修正に向けて対応中。

・残念な対応経緯
　１台目でちゃんとこちらの話を信用して、LOGを送付していれば
　もっと早く判明したはず。
　たまたま、2台目もSSDを増設しようとして、発生環境がわかったので、
　もう一度、チケット発行→ログ採取→バグ認識となりました。

う～ん。なんだかなぁ。テストもシッカリしない。
ユーザの言うことは、基本門前払い。
ファームウェアの修正の目途が2週間経過後も不明。

★これくらいの仕打ちは覚悟して購入しましょう。

↓過去経緯
後方の4つのUSB3.0ポートがHDDを何も認識しません。
バックアップ用にHDDを接続するまで気が付かなかった。
2.5インチのHDDの電源ランプがつかず。3.5インチも認識せず。

フロントにあるUSB3.0ポートでは、どれも認識可能。
壊れてるの？

交換かぁ…既に、16Tもデータ入れちゃったんだよね。。。
どうしたもんか。後悔しかないわ。

追記：
サポートでチケット発行してもらって問い合わせをしました。
結果、この手の問い合わせには、何の役にも立たず時間の無駄でした。

サポート＞差しても通知は出ないのか？
自分＞最初からフロントに差したときにしか通知が出ないって言ってるでしょ？

サポート＞どんなHDDで試したのか？
自分＞前のUSBポートはOKで、後ろがNGなのにHDDの種類が関係あるの？
　　（しつこく同じように言われるので5種類ほど列挙して報告）
サポート＞あなた残念。どれもサポートしていない型番だわ。
　　　　　動作確認が取れているページの製品で試してみてちょ。
自分＞…わざわざ、クソ高いポータブルHDD買えってか？…
　　　そんな死んだ金は使いたくない。
　　　こんな、無駄なやり取りに時間だけが過ぎ、何一つ進展せず。

【症状】
・2.5インチHDDはスピンアップせず。通電LED点灯しない。
・2.5インチSSDも通電LED点灯しない。
・3.5インチセルフ電源ケースに何種類も入れても認識しない。
※どれもこれも、PCや、フロントUSBに差し込むと動作します。

【あきらめ】
これで、故障と認めないとは…こんな安い製品はちゃんとサポート
しないんだね。時間の無駄でした。お互いに。
で、時は金なり。もう一台同じものを買いました。
そちらで試すと…もちろん、前後5ポート全てが動作OKです。
初期不良ぐらい認めろや！！

結果、2台になってしまったので、同期バックアップ。
USB-HDD要らないやん！！
お金は2倍かかって、メーカーの思う壺ですが…
製品は非常に良い。安価なわりに機能は充実している。

サポート窓口は無いに等しい。
（人依存かもね。サポートが良いという書き込みもあるので）
実家片方を設置して、遠隔地バックアップにするつもりです。

星は、製品「5個」、サポート「0個」、総合「1個」まま。
S社のサポートの方が、数段マシでした。

I am giving this 3 stars because while in theory it is a great product, as soon as there's a slight problem it will take hours of your time to get any help from the manufacturer. Online forums have more information about the problems than the manufacturer does, and when it is finally clear that the hardware is defective, they expect you to send this in and just wait. They are apparently unaware that this NAS is intended for small businesses and that a fileserver cannot simply be sent it for repairs without a way to temporarily replace it (which of course they dont provide).

Soy nuevo en esto de los NAS, Pero la verdad es que no me puedo quejar del perfomance de este equipo. Tengo menos de dos semanas con él y le estoy sacando mucho provecho. Lo compré principalmente para respaldar mis fotografías y mi música. Pero he ido descubriendo todo los que se puede hacer con este sistema. Ya hasta pagué Plex Pass y mi NAS va de lujo junto con mi sistema de sonido. En definitiva, lo recomiendo para aquellos que inician en este ámbito de los NAS.

A veces hago trabajos de fotografía para complementar mis ingresos, lo cual me lleva a acumular una gran cantidad de datos. Siempre usé discos externos para guardar mis trabajos y hasta la fecha he perdido discos con una capacidad conjunta de 5TB. Buscando una alternativa más sólida, por lo cual decidí hacer la prueba con un NAS, que además prometía también resolver los problemas de poca capacidad de almacenamiento en dispositivos móviles, pues leí que se podía usar para almacenar y accesar datos desde cualquier tipo de dispositivo móvil como Ipad o teléfonos. Hasta ahora ha cumplido todo lo que prometio y además su instalación no ha sido complicada. Espero sea una opción más confiable que los discos duros externos que he usado hasta ahora.

Conozco varias marcas de NAS y definitivamente esta me encantó por todas las funcionalidades que tiene y que necesito, a continuación dejo los puntos a destacar de este equipo:

- su configuración es muy sencilla e intuitiva
- tiene una amplia comunidad de usuarios por lo que siempre encontrarás como resolver algunas de las dudas o fallas que se te presenten
- oficialmente soporte 8GB de RAM sin embargo con algunas marcas puede soportar los 16GB sin problemas
- Se actualiza constantemente con nuevas mejoras y funcionalidades de seguridad que ayudan a proteger tu equipo contra las amenazas más comunes y peligrosas
- Puedes configurar y crear máquinas virtuales o contenedores de manera sencilla
- Puedes ingresar al equipo de manera remota (desde Internet) para sincronizar desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento de forma segura y cifrada si habilitas las opciones adecuadas
- la aplicación de sincronización es sencilla de utilizar y con la última actualización es una maravilla
- puedes utilizar discos SSD para acelerar los procesos de transferencia de archivos y su puerto usb es fantástico para hacer respaldos de manera inmediata y automática

Existen muchísimas más ventajas que he encontrado con este producto sin embargo para no hacer este comentario muy largo solo resalto las más importantes.
