Is It Because its the AU version?

So far this has been a total waste of time & money. Not one single App will load other than the very few it came with.
Google Play Store will not load Apps nor will it allow alternatives to load.
I don't recall seeing that it was restricted to AU on purchase but guessing I over looked that perhaps. All I know is that so far its nothing but a waste of money. Perhaps somebody knows how to rectify this rubbish, but until then that's all it is.

I got two of these for xmas presents. So family members could watch disney plus and netflix etc on it. Was going to be one of the best presents ever. Until i found out netflix and disney don't approve of the Android TV box so you can't use normal app features. I watched a few youtubes to see if i can work around. Without success. I will probably work it out but the people im gifting them to will not be able to fix :(

I bought 2 of mx pro10 items. One completely useless, the other one i am using is also not very good. I use it for netflix and prime videos. This one keeps loading for very long and does not allow me any usage. I am very disappointed. I may try a different tv box later on. It is hard to return as the box it came in has been thrown away.
