This is another lovely book from the tales from acorn wood range; we already have Fox's socks which my 2 year old adores, it has been one of her favourites for months and although this is still a great book, I'd recommend the Fox one above it.

This story follows rabbit as she tries to take a nap but keeps getting interrupted by her noisy friends. It has a lovely rhyme to it and lift the flaps on each double spread. The illustrations are lovely and old style. We got it as my daughter has a favourite bunny toy and she loves reading it to her too. Very cute and great value!

A beautifully written and illustrated book. As a family we love this series.
Purchased as an Easter present for my 1 year old grandson.

The book weighs approx 369gms and measures appropriately 25cm by 16.5 cm. Its a hard back book with wipe clean pages.

It's easy reading for the person reading to the child as it flows and rhymes beautifully. The illustrations captures the child's attention. They especially like lifting the flaps. The story is about the right length to hold my one year old grandsons attention span. But within a short time he's back on you knee asking for it to be read again. Definitely one to have on your bookshelf.

Lovely book in a parcel with two other books. Unfortunately parcel left behind bin and with the heavy rain the box was damaged. This book had water damage so had to be replaced. No fuss about replacement which is why I gave it 4 stars. Do not leave parcels behind bins.

This entire series of books is fantastic. We've read these books with our son from his first few days of life right through to him now being 18 months old and he absolutely loves them. He started out loving the flaps, now likes to explore the pictures and copy back some of the language too. Axel Scheffler's illustrations are consistently excellent and the little stories as they are seem to be right for toddlers too.

Brilliant little book along with the other titles. My 10 month loves it and always flicks through opening the flaps by herself as well as enjoying having it read to her. The drawings are cute and the rhymes are nice to read out loud. The only issue was the flaps were really difficult to open and kept sticking down for quite a while so I had to open them for her. But the book is really good quality. I'm buying the others too.
