Don't get me wrong for playing games on your phone it's great.
The controller works great and features such as the passthrough charger is great.
+ Easy to use, simply stretch out over the back of your phone. Lining the USB C connector between the phone and controller up and you are good to go. No extra software or set up is needed.
- Will not work if your phone has an offset USB C connector. Only works if your connector is in the middle of your phone.
+ Buttons mimic an Xbox One controller, similar layout, design
- Buttons feel cheap, especially the shoulder buttons which have a noticable plastic gridning noise and feel to it. It's not a deal breaker but it's noticable.

Note that pass through charging might not work on some Android 9 phones, as I discovered the hard way. When my phone finally got its Android 10 update through, the pass-through charging began to work just fine.
It is recognised as an Xinput controller - just like any Xbox One controller would be. If the app you want to use it with supports Xbox controllers, then this controller will be supported.
It is very comfortable to use and I had no problems at all when using it in a long gaming session.
The analog sticks do not suffer from deadzone issues like some ipega controllers do, which is good news. Some people may find the analog sticks to be ever so slightly stiff when compared to an Xbox One controller. It's something that can easily be gotten used to. The sticks click inward for L3 and R3 functions, which is nice.
Great for using with Geforce Now / Moonlight etc. for game streaming.

It plays right out of the box - I simply plugged it into the USB-C port at the bottom of my phone, and opened up a game I knew was compatible (Stardew Valley) and it worked instantly. I like the buttons and the joysticks. Some people have complained that they're gummy but not being a hardcore gamer it doesn't really bother me, they just feel smooth and responsive. Every button on the whole is very responsive and sensitive, which you particularly notice on games like GRID Autosport.
It does work best if you download the Razer Kishi app in advance so you know which games are fully supported, but some games are not listed there even though they do work with it so maybe do a little homework online to see if your favourite one is supported. I've even used this with classic emulators and it works really well. I was worried that the elasticated part at the back would feel flimsy and make it awkward to hold, but it's sturdy and comfortable to play. 10/10 would buy again.
