12 year old boy was engrossed in this book from the very first page and that is really saying something as he usually has his nose stuck in his portable play station!

I'm aware of Julia Donaldson via her childrens's books, which are excellent. This book is good, but aimed at a young (teenage) audience. Realistic descriptions of Glasgow and Glasgow life.
