Seriously the blue LED is a problem. I taped over it, but the white plastic isn't completely opaque, and light bleeds out of unused USB ports.
It's not great for using the the bedroom unless you wanted an uncontrollable blue night light with your power points.
I bought several of these a while ago, spending more than $100 AUD, thinking they were a good bet to extend the range of plugs round the flat in February this year.
They unfortunately don't support plug-in heaters at all?
Was surprised when these power boards blew only a few minutes after having an electric heater plugged in. Even when the heater was the only device drawing power.
I have a $4 Kmart power board with the exact same published power rating and it has worked flawlessly with heaters over the past 2 years. Seems this Sansai board was a very foolish investment.
I would only recommend buying this current product if you enjoy paying for something that fails and becomes unusable.
Bought one. It had a rattle inside. Package looked like it was used. Asked for a replacement.
Second one also looked like it was a return, cord had bits of melted wire on the outside. Also returned.
This is not a product I would not recommend or trust.
Excellent quality overall, built in USB ports for charging/powering mobile phones/other devices.
This is the second one of these that I've purchased and will probably continue to purchase more of these in the future.
10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a power board.
