Bought 2 pairs (Black-Twilight). Have had may Sony products over the years, this is the worst. Comortable, yes but that's it. The checkered reviews of love them or not are probably real. Sound is so bad, hollow, thin and very low volume. The microphone 'switch' didn't work well. Kicks you out of your music or stops playing???? Packaging, awkward a deterrent to return them I'm sure. Dollar stores will provide better earbuds than these! You like them and they work for you, great... but my experience was bad. Both pairs are being returned..... very disappointed.

I have ordered a few pairs over the last few months. I have recieved two pairs now that after one week of use, the left sides volume is very low. I figured the first pair was just defective so I bought another only to have the same thing happen again. Will not buy again!

I got it for 783. I was expecting a good product at this range. Its packing was good, but the build quality is poor. The wires are like local headphones, and the sound quality is just fine. It does not live upto the expectations we have from a brand like Sony. Not for music lovers. Good for using as Handsfree. So instead of this, buy local headphones if you want a handsfree, or else spend 3-4 hundred extra to buy Higher range Sony headphones or some other good company ones.
In one line, I am disappointed. Not worth 750.
