Absolutely love the phone the green is brilliant. 1 UI is really good I loved it on my S9 Samsung have gone above and beyond with this set of phones, I saw video reviews and the reviewers had cases and screen protectors come inside the box with the phone but mine hadn't.. little dissatisfied now I have to buy them separate but I'll live.

A nice size and with most of the S class features, ideal for Samsung users who like a more compact device. It is similar in size to the S7 but manages a far bigger display by dispensing with the physical buttons and using a neat, in-screen punch hole for the selfie camera.

Just a few gripes:

* getting back to the home screen can be awkward when the app uses the whole screen
* the battery is not replaceable
* the touch screen doesn't work brilliantly in the case I have (which has a built-in screen protector) - this might be a problem more with the case but it is hard to tell.

I would love to be able to re-purpose the bixby key as a physical home screen button.

The phone itself seems ok. Please be aware that although appliances direct state this is a UK model it isn't. It is a European model as shown in the picture.

I bought the Samsung S10e in Prism Green from Appliances Direct as no retailer in my vicinity seems to have it in stock let alone at such a reduced rate! It arrived yesterday exactly as described. I was a bit worried with some of the reviews regarding the seller - so I rang them and they put my mind to rest. Yes it has been modified from a European version (which it says on your order confirmation) to become a UK version but they use one of the Samsung approved modifiers. I have only had it a day but everything is working as it should. Battery life so far so good but haven't take it for a long enough spin. Hope that helps

I always wanted to have smartphone which is one hand friendly and powerful at the same time. Howerver, smartphones these days are only getting bigger and bigger...

This phone is with a small size but have a powerful Snapdragon 855 chip also with fairly good cameras. Battery life is ok as if you use lightly during the day(use WhatsApp and Instagram etc) it could last the whole day. Buy if you like to play games you will need a power bank or maybe chose a bigger phone.

If you are looking for a compact powerful phone with ok standard camera then this one is highly recommended.
