4.0 out of 5 stars BEWARE MAC USERS - Not as advertised, slow! - Updated Review
Reviewed in Germany on 19 December 2020
I paid for the 2000mb/s version but it is not capable of such speeds. Not even 1000mb/s. At least not in a Mac:

So this was my mistake, and perhaps Sandisk's mistake as well, including the confusing USB-C standards.

This drive is capable of 2000mb/s, but your computer must support dual-lane USB 3.2 Gen 2X2, essentially using both lanes of USB-C connectors to deliver speeds up to 20Gbps (or 2.5GB/s).

As of this date, no Mac products support the new USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard. They only support USB 3.2 gen 2, which is one lane at 10Gbps (or 1.25GB/s).

So if you have an Apple/Mac machine, this will not work at its fullest speed. Try getting the regular extreme pro that works at 1000mb/s, and save your money. Otherwise, get a TB3 drive, such as a Samsung X5 (if you can afford it and find one available).

5.0 out of 5 stars Gelungenes und überzeugendes Update der SanDisk Extreme
Reviewed in Germany on 25 April 2020

+ gute 350Mbit/s verschlüsselt an USB Gen 3 Anschluss

Fazit:
Klasse Platte, gleichbleibend schnell, leicht, robust, bezahlbar.
