I bought my Sansa Express last week so I'm just giving my opinion so far. The player is quite impressive to look at considering the price, the sound quality was good using Sennheiser headphones, and the bundled set hasn't been opened, so not sure how good they are.
It's easy to transfer music to the player using WMP 11, but you can also drag and drop music files as well using windows explorer. I also bought a 4GB Micro SDHC card to use alongside the player. At the time of purchase I was taking a bit of a gamble as I wasn't sure it would actually work, as there are reports the player only works with 2GB Micro SD cards and is non-compatible with HC cards. Also I read a few reports that the player works better with Sandisk SD cards, I didn't take a chance and bought one of theirs.
I was delighted to find that it worked fine with the 4GB Micro SDHC card, although if you plan to put all your music on at once the players database struggles with this and takes ages to show the files, therefore I put each album on one at a time and it worked fine.
The only reason it didn't get five stars was the fact that it took a while to get all my music on the player, ready to play due to the database problem I mentioned.
A great little player for the cash and Micro SD Expansion Slot was the main reason I bought it. I've now got a 6GB player for running and the gym; it only cost £39 including the 4GB Micro SDHC Card, not a bad price for what you get.
