I have been using recipes from the skinnytaste.com website for quite some time. I have my favourites but like to find new favourites too. There's nothing like sitting down with an old school recipe book. I have all 3 of Gina's skinnytaste books in hard copy and while I don't understand how weight watchers points work, I do understand calories! My hips (and every other body part as well) LOVE calories! Lots of fab recipes to choose from and FYI Gina's website has lots of suggested weekly menus that are helpful I just switch out the things that I don't fancy with things I do.

I've made about half a dozen of these recipes so far, and they are all knockouts. Love it when a good US cookbook gets converted to UK volumes and (occasionally) ingredients!

Well worth buyingReviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 February 2017
I have bought loads of low calorie/diet cookbooks in the past, however, this is the first one that I find really excites my taste buds. Salads aren't plain and boring, they actually have loads of flavour whilst keeping down the calories. I would recommend this book.

Not bad, I've used so.e of the recipes bit I've found most of them have needed tweaking to make for flavoursome.
