Hands down - BEST PURCHASE EVER for the Switch.

My play time has increased and my enjoyment has been non stop.

The case itself is sturdy and well built. The inclusion of multiple grips lets you find the most comfortable feel. I play a variety of games and find myself changing the grips between, racing, RPG and fighting games. This flexibility means i dont have to settle for the stock feel.

There are some reviews that say the bumper buttons are hard to hit through the case but i have not come across this problem. For me the design has made it a lot easier to hit the bumper buttons and gives me the feeling that a controller would.

If you are looking for something that will add value and help you enjoy the switch more than you do now then definitely consider this case.

I have already recommended it to a number of friends and colleagues and they have been excited to receive theirs.

Comfortable in the hand, dockable case

I was on the fence about buying this case for a long time. I should have just purchased it - for $39 it has improved my Switch experience immeasurably. I've tried to include here photos that I would have found helpful. You can see the default grip doesn't add too much thickness to the Switch, and that the grey colour looks fine with the neon Switch.

On a hot day, the plastic does feel very warm, which is a downside, but it's still such a huge quality of life improvement that you'll still choose to play with it on.

One trick I've found is that if you don't take care when putting the cover on, L or R button functionality can be impacted. It just means you have to pull it forward a bit further. The case does dock for me (with the newer model Switch), but it is TIGHT. You'll definitely want a screen protector on.

Seriously great customer service. I ordered this gripcase and it arrived with one of the grips faulty (would come loose). I messaged Gamory without much hope that they would replace it (since postage was so expensive in Australia) and had Colin respond to me immediately with assurances that they would replace it for me. The package arrived within the next business day for the faulty grip. Can't recommend this enough. P.s the gripcase is perfect - really nice quality and the plusgrip feels great in my hands.

Look, the product itself is great. You have a good handle on the switch and it feels sturdy. The only issue is it tells you it's "docking friendly". Do not trust that. I now have a big scratch up the left side of my switch screen because it was pressed against the dock on the way in and out. I'm currently in the process of getting this rectified with the company. So yeah, good product but don't dock.

Pro;
- Fits my larger hand size
- Varying sized grips make it more comfortable to hold
- Makes playing in hand-held mode easier (for me) long sessions.

Cons;
- Doesn’t fit (with case on) into my Nintendo Dock (may fit others, not sure).
- Can get a bit slippery with sweaty hands (but then so can the Switch).
- Unsure if a Bluetooth headphone connector will fit with the case on (but that’s part and parcel in many ways with a case anyway).

Overall, better than playing without a case.

My only mistake was to not get it with the carry case cause I had one and thought it would work...but I'd suggest to get the carry case cause it makes things easier and it's almost impossible to just get the carry case...

Using this grip was very comfortable and it fits the switch greatly with no gaps or creaking. The 3 different grips included are all comfortable and there will be something for every hand type here.

The biggest problem is that it does not dock well at all and it feels like you are forcing your switch into the dock with this on, it even cracked my glass screen protector when trying to dock it.

If you are a handheld only player this is a great grip case.

This grip case is FAR superior to the old rubber covers I had for my joy cons - I have big hands and the cramp I experienced using the switch without additional support was ridiculous. My old rubber grips added about half an inch of extra grip depth, but no additional size vertically. Whereas using the biggest grip attachments on this case adds about an inch of depth and sit about three inches long, so it now sits in the hand more akin to a ps4 controller (still leaves my little finger hanging a bit, but significantly better overall than before).

The colour is a bit misleading on here mind; the grips are more "ferrari" red than the sort-of blood-red / burgundy shown in the description. Not a complaint, seeing as this was the only available version at time of purchase I wasn't overly fond of the colour, so I'm pleasantly surprised that it's better than expected.

There are negatives however, hence no 5 star review;

The case is "dock friendly" which is accurate, but it's a very tight fit - Takes some manoeuvring to marry up the switch with the connection in the base, and you REALLY wouldn't want to risk it without a screen protector on.

With the large handle attachments fitted you also block the external USB ports on the dock; I've bought a 4-gang USB hub to plug in to the internal USB port so I can charge my controller and plug in my 8bitDO transmitter.

The rubber cover over the on/off switch also makes it a bit easy to accidentally turn off when adjusting the volume. This could have been made more flush tbh.

And finally a gripe rather than a fault... Why ship with all three handle adapters? I can *almost* justify adding the trigger grip - there may be some scenario in which a user may want to sacrifice the comfort of the large/small grip for a more situational use of the trigger shape handle... But surely no-one using the large grip needs the small grip as well? Or vice-versa?
I can only imagine it's a cost-saving and efficiency decision from Skull & Co.
Personally, the extra plastic is going in the bin...
