1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible. This is my first straight up negative review I've ever written.
Reviewed in the United States on 4 February 2020
One of the tops of the Tripod Stand cannot be screwed in because of an error in their manufacturing. As seen in the pictures, the first picture shows the broken one in which they placed in the screw cap in the opposite way. I spent a good half an hour trying to spin the top into the tripod until I realized it was just built wrong once I compared it with the working one. I've included the working one in the second picture as proof and comparison.

While some products having mistakes are understood, this one was painfully simple and could have been easily discovered/fixed if ANYONE checked if parts were working before this was packaged. The lack of quality assurance is honestly more disappointing than purchasing a defective VR Tripod stand.

I would have given this product a negative star if allowed. Absolutely disheartening.

1.0 out of 5 stars Faulty unfunctional Part
Reviewed in the United States on 29 November 2019
I don't have the time or patience to send back this product. Only one stand is functional. The other stand has a faulty part that cannot support the tracker because the threading to screw the tracker to the top of the one stand is the wrong size. The only thing I can try is to re-thread the part so we can screw the base of the tracker to the stand. It is such a Hassel for me to return anything because I have to drive an hour to the nearest UPS store. I wish there was a way for this company to send me the little part that would make this one stand functional. I'm telling ya, I like these stands, but I got a defective set. Bummer. Darn it. I would give five Stars but I can only use one stand! What good is it for a full body, expensive, virtual reality system if you don't have TWO Working Stands. It's a risk as far as I am concerned to order this brand. Very inconsistent. 😢
