The design is really minimal & simple but It works so well. It's really sturdy and assembly was super quick. I use it to hold my old MacBook Pro 2012 13" and it fits just perfectly. It helps to prevent neck strain from constantly looking down at a laptop screen, exactly what I was looking for as I am quite tall. I'm very pleased with this stand, highly recommend. I have a laptop stand which is good, but I find it will be better if I have another adjustable stand. This one is what I need:
1. Has rubber protectors for desks and laptop as well;
2. Easy to assemble, adjust and the tool is provided;
3. Minimal space required, great for travelling.
Meanwhile, the price looks good!

Straight out of the box you get multiple pieces which you’ll need to put together to make the stand. This took me 3 minutes tops after looking at the manual and seeing what fits in what direction. Construction is really simple and honestly the hardest part was reading the manual since the font’s a bit small.
The thumbscrews make it easy to adjust the height and angle whenever you want. I actually only realised this late on, but you don’t need to take the thumbscrew out the whole way to change the position. On the side there are small indents which are to help you know what angle you’ve set up. I put it at the very middle and this allowed me to basically use my laptop as a secondary screen. If you want to actually use the keyboard then setting it at a lower height would be more useful. Depending on how tight you close the thumbscrews though, you might have issues trying to take them out to adjust. I would recommend when building to put them in sort of loosely and test out what is best before tightening the thumbscrews.
In terms of build quality the stand is surprisingly sturdy and solid. I tried to see how much pressure you need to bend it and you need to put a decent amount of force to make it flex.I would mention it is a bit heavier than other laptop stands but this is also what makes it so sturdy and I think the trade off is worth it.
There are rubber pads around the stand for preventing the stand and laptop from easily moving around. As long as you aren’t intentionally trying to push them, the pads hold up well. For the laptop, there are four pads and the bottom part is sloped upward to further minimise sliding. So far they have done the job and nothing of issue to note there. It will be interesting to see how they hold up over the long term and see how scratch resistant the stand is.
I would recommend this as a stand that that you keep in one place and use to prop up your laptop. While you could also use it as a portable stand, it is definitely much better suited to a fixed desk style.

Perfect laptop stand anyone can have. Sturdy and firm design which makes it strong and the silicon base for the grip and prevents scratch. The adjustable height system is awesome. Enough airflow is possible with no solid surface in the middle and it can be detached making it conveniently portable.

So the laptop stand comes in a 3 parts which you assemble yourself. It's really easy to assemble... literally took me 2 minutes without even looking at the instructions (not to brag :) ). The stand itself lets you adjust its height, but in reality, I just set it on the highest setting cause I want to watch Netflix in bed and just place the stand on my bookshelf. I have a 15" macbook pro and it works perfect with that. Sure beats propping my laptop on a book which I always worried would slip off.

The stand is quite nice and lightweight and packs away neatly when you're done.

After assembling the components which took about 2 minutes if that, I have a very sturdy laptop stand.
The stand has sections where you can fix the stand at different angles, this also helps to make sure both arms are at the same angle. It also has rubber at all points where it would touch your desk which prevents scratching.
I have found the stand to help my neck strain and is also easier to use the keyboard.
Overall very happy with the stand.
