5.0 out of 5 stars The Voyager Relaunch Reaches Conclusions & A New Beginning...
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 November 2020
I am a huge Fan of the Voyager Relaunch Series that has been under the Stewardship of Kirsten Beyer. She has such a grasp of the Family of Voyager & all their personal mindsets/relationships as well the literary skills to introduce exclusive new characters for the Relaunch as well.

Any time a new Novel would be forthcoming I would wait patiently for it until its a few days beforehand then I would almost be itching to get my hands on the latest Story, that same mentality happened with "To Lose The Earth". Normally I consume a Voyager Novel in matter of days on my train journey's to & from work in London (no 2nd Furlough for me during the COVID-19 Pandemic), this time however I took a good week & a bit to take my time with this Story.

Why did I do that?
Well I did catch glances or snippets of other Amazon Reviews about this being the Final of the Voyager Novels (much to my personal shock) but also my gut had been telling me for a long time that this might be the case as well & its all down the 3-Individual times this 10th Novel by Kirsten was delayed this year alone.
Maybe it was COVID-19 related, maybe it was about getting the release date right as it is Voyager's 25th Anniversary this year since it first debuted on Television.

Regardless of "if" this really is it for our Legendary Crew who have truly gone further than any Starfleet Vessel that has come before, then I would be more than ok in accepting this as a Wholesome Conclusion to the entire Show/Relaunch Series.

Decisions are made, Relationships are tested, a new Frontier opens up like never before, this Novel's title - "To Lose The Earth" has never been more fitting...

But the possibilities that are laid out for our Crew come the conclusion of the Novel, well they really are endless & even more exciting!

I shall miss this Series.
