I haven't been able to find a way to contact amazon to return one of the Cameras. The DVR and 1 camera are great, but the 2nd camera is blurry/ghosted as seen in the image attached. I've switched the leads and channels and this camera is still blurred, so the fault is with the camera, not the leads or DVR. Ideally i'd like to return the 1 camera for a replacement rather than taking down the whole system, but that doesn't seem possible with the amazon returns policy.

Unfortunately, I have now had two for these Swann cameras breakdown because of water ingress. It appears that the design around the seal between the body is incorrect around the screws that hold the product together. I have designed and made enclosures in the plastic mould tool making industry for some 40 odd years and therefore very disappointed with Swann. I have purchased two more of the same design and sealed the problem holes with sealant. I do hope this will be an improvement.

I'm having problems with channel 4 it's not recording iv swopped cameras over and theres nothing wrong with the cameras.its the recording box. Iv contacted Amazon by phone and all thay keep telling me is thay will send the instructions manual by email.witch I all ready have..I'm still having the problem only 3 channels are working ie recording so I'm not happy with the way customer service are handling this problem so I'm giving them a 1 star service and the same for the cctv box plus now in July 2020 on camera is no longer waterproof it started misting up inside the lens and now its stopped working all together very poor cameras and customer service don't buy unhappy with the service and price
I installed this setup on Saturday and hard drive failed by Wednesday, rang Swann for advice and i can honestly say this is the worst customer support ive ever experienced, the guy was reading from a flow chart and didn't give a dam about my problem, and told me to send it back, they will check it and if it finds a hard drive they will send it back as not faulty and this will take 10 days so I'll be without a 4 day old camera dvr for 10 days and the guy really wasn't bothered. Ive had top replace the hard drive out if my own pocket and now works on, avoid Swann like covid19.

This is an excellent cctv system, quite easy to instal. I had to contact Swann tech support regarding some settings,but this was sorted out okay. Unfortunately one of the cameras has developed a fault and needs to be replaced.
