    I've used various Thermos products before and find the brand trustworthy. However this time it turned out to be total disappointment. The carafe itself has absolutely no packaging. On the surface the finishing has multiple scratches, basically wherever it could touch another unit. For delivery Amazon apparently didn't care to put more airbag or foam or whatever so one could only imagine the carafe is pretty much abused in this thin cardboard box. Really couldn't expect anything worse than this.
