Q: How to get the touch menu?
A: Swipe down in the menu area at the bottom right of the monitor, or single press the power key to open the touch menu.

Q: How to get the touch function?
A: No need driver, just connect the USB C port of the monitor to your device to achieve the touch function. NOTE: All gaming device and mobile phone without full featured type C function can not get touch function.

Q: Why should I connect to power supply with PD power adapter when using the monitor?
A: As this model is 4K touchscreen with special Bracket Integrated design, it needs larger power input to keep working. So it must connect to power supply with our PD power adapter and compatible device at the same time, otherwise, it will enter standby mode(black screen) automatically.

Q: How is the Gravity Sensor Automatic Rotation work?
A: When connected to your device, the monitor will sense product direction automatically, and automatically switched display into horizontally or vertically according to the product's position, as the monitor usually take around 3s to sense product direction, so please do not rotate the monitor frequently. And it can only rotate 90 degrees at a time. If it does not rotate correctly, please reset the rotation on the touch menu.

Lovely screen, Plug and play - I chose not to use the touchscreen option (which requires an extra USB-C to be connected) as it was drawing a little more power from my Dell workstation laptop (which has a very hungry Gfx card) more of a Dell issue tbh.

Very happy with this purchase. Crisp display and text is very easy to read. Also a heads up on powering the device. I connect this to a 2017 13” MacBook Pro which can both drive the display and power it through one cable. It takes a lot of battery power but you can plug in the mac to power and keep both running without any other cords
3/31/2020 update. Still love the monitor. Currently I’m plugging my MacBook Pro USB C charger into this monitor for power. Then the other USB C from the monitor to my MacBook Pro. This keeps both powered and signal to the monitor with only the two cables. Am loving it still and would buy again. I don’t use the touchscreen feature but when I’ve tried it it works well...just doesn’t entice me as I don’t like touching the monitor as it moves it from my ideal position too often for my liking

Just what I was looking for!

I saw another touch screen item made by a company and decided not to get it because they offered no guarantee or return if I was unhappy. So I took my chances on this product because of the positive reviews and because UPerfect stands behind its product. And I'm SO glad I purchased this touch screen.

The colors are bright, the 4K picture is absolutely stunning. And the value for what you get can't be beat. The other touch screen that I had originally thought of purchasing would have been much more expensive in the long run because the cords etc were extra. In fact, they charged extra for everything except the touch screen itself! This is NOT the case with the UPerfect touchscreen. It comes with all the cords and attachments needed right in the box so you can use it right away.

Bottom line. This touchscreen is named just right UPerfect because it is perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. So glad I made this purchase and I think others who do the same will be equally as pleased as I am.

Very happy - worked great on Surface Book 1

I currently travel with two Asus usb monitors (1080p) and while they're not bad, they're not great with the color, viewing angle, and the resolution. I program quite a bit and my home setup I have 3 pretty big 4k monitors. So when traveling and using this tiny 13" screen on my surface book 1 it was always very painful.

On my last trip I hopped on Amazon to see if there are any upgrades for my usb monitors because it was getting irritating not having something with a better resolution and then I found this one. There were a couple others I looked at too but this one had more reviews that looked like actual legit reviews and overall people were pretty happy so I had this sent to me at the hotel. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it until the last day of my trip but I will say I was extremely surprised at how well it worked. To boot it had touch controls which I've always enjoyed having on my surface book.

I liked it so much in fact that when I got home instead of putting it my travel electronics drawer where I keep all the cables and my two asus monitors I store until my next trip I decided to add this guy to my current 3 monitor setup. My primary setup doesn't have a touch screen and for some meetings where I illustrate things online having a touch screen is awfully nice.

My two main complaints which are minor are:
1) with Windows 10 this monitor has to be your primary screen. I thought it was an issue with this monitor with something buggy in the device, but found that it's actually a windows problem. If you have a second screen connected to your setup where one is not a touch screen and connect an extra screen that does have touch enabled - the touch inputs will only be registered on what is identified as the "primary monitor" in your multi-screen setup. It's stupid but it's on Microsoft not UPerfect.
2) would be nice to have a travel case to protect it. UPerfect will send you a case to protect it if you ask them for it which is nice (mine is on the way) but I think I would have preferred it to come with it. They give you color options which sure is ok, but I think I still would have liked to have a black one in there by default. I don't know how nice it is, the one that came with my ASUS MB169B+ was pretty decent and probably saved it a time or two when someone wasn't too gentle at the airport. I was pleased to find that this one fit pretty nicely into the case I had for my ASUS monitor so I might actually swap the cases once the one from UPerfect arrives if I think the asus case will do a better job.

Both these cons weren't a big enough issue for me to knock down any stars so overall I'd say this was still a great buy. I'm hoping it lasts a long time as it was an investment, but so far the people at UPerfect seem to be very responsive (questions were answered usually within hours of me asking).

One last side note too - I was able to get this to work via the Microsoft dock connector 2 via the USB-C port. I was very happy to see it work like that since the surface book 1 didn't have a usb-c port. If I'm not using the dock I used the usb-a -> usb-c cable and then a hdmi -> mini display port connector (make sure it supports 4k display) and it worked great.

UPDATE 2020-11-18
Just thought I would update that I still am loving this screen. I use it in my primary setup now and love it. The hinge is doing great and hasn't become loose or anything which I was initially nervous with. I love this bringing touch screen to my primary setup. Even from just having my music playing and my Outlook open so that I can instantly touch it to see something new that came while still doing the programming and other stuff I do on my other three screens.
The cover they sent me was ok, it will protect it from scratches but once this COVID stuff stops and I start traveling, I think I'll likely be just using the case my previous USB Asus monitors came with since that one is a lot stronger and would stop something from puncturing the screen and deter even it getting bent in my travel bag. Again, fantastic device and I recommend it for everyone who could use a travel screen or primary touch screen.

Awesome Portable 4k Monitor for Second Monitor or Game Consoles!

I originally was looking for a second monitor to pair with my Macbook Pro while working from home then I came across portable monitors on Amazon and discovered this 4k portable monitor by UPerfect. I was impressed with the features this screen had ike 4K, HDR, Freesync, 10-point touch screen, screen rotation, etc. The screen itself is very thin at around 5mm with thin bezels plus no logos. It's very slick! The monitor was easy to set up and worked right away when plugged in. I had to plug it in with the included USB-C power adapter though. The Macbook Pro doesn't have enough power to power the monitor. The picture quality is excellent. It looks so much sharper than my Macbook Pro's retina screen. I also tried it with my Nintendo Switch. It worked perfectly and looked great. I will be bringing this monitor when with my Switch when I go on vacation or trips. My only gripes with this monitor are I wish the ports and buttons were in the back of the stand instead of on the sides but I kind of understand why they designed it the way they did. Also, the included cables are not long enough. Lastly, the price is a bit higher than competitor monitors but I think it's worth it for the quality screen. Overall it's an excellent portable monitor. Highly recommended!
