I wanted a low profile bag for my travels but since coronavirus hit, it didn't quite happen. Although I gotta say the design is very sleek and clean. Compact, tried fitting my 15 ''' inch laptop and it did, just right. Would've given it 5 stars if it were slightly bigger! Overalll, compact compartments, non complicated design.
Used it to travel all over Europe for a carry on for sightseeing. I have everything in there even a Camera. I feel safe enough carrying it because of the safety features. But I swang it around to the side or front if I am in the metros or very populated area. There are plenty of pockets inside the bag and at the front zipper area for everything. But I wish there was a hidden zipper pocket at the back of the bag so I can feel safer knowing nobody can reach it while I have the bag on my back. Otherwise, the bag has gone through a lot of mileage and handling for the trip and it still holds up very well. Zipper still works well and love both side pockets with lots of room for both water bottle and umbrella.
I've been eyeing various anti-theft backpack models for the last few months. I am, without a doubt, very happy that I chose this one of the multiple selections available.
We all know that anti-theft backpacks, particularly from bigger brand names like Pacsafe and Travelon, come with a hefty price tag, but this one is actually more on the lower side of the pricing spectrum. So many backpacks are priced around the $100 mark, and this one is atleast $20 cheaper.
The bag is definitely stylish and is perfect for roaming around cities on your travels, or for daily commuting use. The material is sturdy and waterproof. The straps are thin yet comfortable without digging into your skin even if its heavily loaded. The bag itself is deep. You can put a lot more things than you would initially think could fit in it. There are more than 10 pockets (if you individually count the RFID slots as one). The pocket on the main zipper flap is very handy for storing items you would need to be in reach (I placed my headphones, puffer, hair ties, and hand sanitizer in it).
The zipper clips/locks are all sturdy and easy to use. I had a fear that it would break easily due to how flimsy it kind of looks, but it handled the pressure I placed on it. Also the zipper lock on the pocket with the RFID slots is a bit tricky to lock and unlock so I say to play around with it first.
The only real issue I had with the bag is how easy it is for the net pocket to get caught on the zipper on one of the side pockets. It happened to me twice and the second time around, too much of the net got caught so I didnt try taking it off from the zipper as I was worried that it would cause the net to rip. The side pocket does open up pretty big so I still have no issues loading it up.
Other than, the bag is excellent and definitely worth the money!
This backpack provided peace of mind on our trip to the Netherlands, knowing my items were securely protected. However, accessing the various pockets was inconvenient and time-consuming because you needed to sling it off your back and find a surface so you Oudorp put it down since it was not an easy task to access the pockets to pay for or stow anything. Once it was down on the counter, table or floor, you had to fumble to find then release the zipper. It was also impossible to carry anything else on your shoulder, like a shopping bag, as long as you had the backpack on. On the positive side, there was room to stow an umbrella, sweater, light jacket or small purchases which left your hands free, and it stood up well to the rain we had on our trip. The slots for credit cards, ID etc also worked well. One improvement i’d suggest, is making the zipper for the money/ID compartment 2-way with the catch in the middle so it would be easier to locate and open just half way if desired. There is also no good place to store cash, so you still needed some kind of wallet.
I love the colour nutmeg and material. It is just the right size for traveling. I loved all the pockets and compartments making all my important items so easy to find. I would definitely recommend this as a must have travel item. The locking zippers and cut proof material add additional piece of mind.
Based on some of the positive reviews; I ordered and received this backpack since I wanted something smaller with a front pocket. The pocket was smaller than what is shown and I just did not like the design. Also with the main zipper I had to keep pushing in the lining so that it wouldn't get caught and break. Of great concern if you are in a hurry. However on the plus side for a small backpack it is quite roomy. That said I returned mine. Not worth the price!
Nice, light, small, with many compartments. The anti-theft feature is small snapping carabiners attached to zipper pullers. While they do prevent someone from unzipping your backpack, they themselves are pretty easy to open. So take it with a grain of salt.
I bought this bag for a trip to Ireland. Great bag. Water resistant( just damp around zippers), great safety features, fights a lot of gear although it looks small. All in all great value and perfect for travel!
I haven’t really tried out it’s water resistant feature fully but I wouldn’t suggest getting it soaked. The locking zippers are useful. The RFID blocking part of the backpack is at the very front pocket of the backpack which isn’t a great location (I wouldn’t put my important cards there). The backpack is a great size and is good quality.
Super fast shipping. Ordered in nutmeg, actually a really nice colour. Was hoping for a bit larger but rethinking size is perfect for travelling - everyday. Plan to bring for Europe trip, already loving it. Very practical.
