I bought this product for what it's intended for; a selfie taker with good lighting. There's a round screw that supposedly goes in the phone holder within the ring, and it's too thick to slide in. Therefore, the phone cannot sit inside the ring like it's supposed to. This is very infuriating because it's poorly designed. Why give a piece of equipment if it's just too big to fit in a particular slot? I wrote to the company to tell them about it and see what I should do, and I haven't heard back. That is most unacceptable, so therefore it looks like Amazon - hopefully - will fix the issue. They have to.
