I just used a pair of resistors as a voltage divider. I used a 4.7K and 2.2K which has 3.4 across the 4.7K resistor but if you have 2.7K you’ll drop 3.1V which will work fine as well.
These readers work with the really cheap kind of access systems look for “EM4100”. They do not work with standard HID 26/34bit weigend readers/systems.
with other more expensive readers...And cant seem to find tech support anywhere..
