Ultrasharp? No. Features? Go with its cheaper brother P2419HC

First off, the 2419HC is a series of Dell monitors that have USB-C pass through that works very similar to a docking station. The "U"241HC is the "Ultrasharp" version that's visual quality is so sub-par I have employees that can't see the nuanced color differences in spreadsheets. If you are looking for a monitor that has above average visuals (while remaining 1080p) this is not your monitor.

Having said that, the features are great! We (our company) buy the P2419HC for those very reasons. Power passthrough USB-C and can work similarly to a docking station. Look into them, they are great. For that reason, I give it 2 stars because it has those features.

I found this monitor to be very easy to setup and use, plus it matched my macbook's color perfectly. Having only one USB-C cable to power the computer, monitor, and USB ports is a great advantage. I found the display to be bright, have good contrast, and ok resolution. Next to a Retina display, 1080p will always look a bit pixelated, but it is more than sufficient for regular productivity and some light gaming. However, this monitor does suffer in some areas. Sometimes the viewing angles aren't the best and the edges seem to become a bit darker than the center of the display. The USB-C cable in the box is also a bit too short to plug into the computer on the other side. Also, since the monitor can't provide the full 87W of power required by a 15-inch MacBook Pro, sometimes the batter will drain slightly when doing intensive activities. Overall, this is a good monitor if you like to convenience of a single cable and the flexibility that DELL monitors offer.
