  • Two tips on the one marker: On one end is a watercolour felt tip brush that offers stunning color and vibrancy to create gorgeous brush strokes that are blendable for shading and coloring. At the other end is a 0.4 fineliner for outlining and detail. Each marker has a colour coded lid
  • 60 colours: You won’t run out of choice with many subtle colour variations. Use as a marker for solid colour and colour blends or add water for a watercolour effect (only when used on watercolour paper), creating even more shades, gradations and ombre effects! The perfect gift for the artist in your life
  • For a watercolour effect: After laying down ink on paper, brush on water for a stunning watercolour effect. Please note: to achieve this effect you will need a quality smooth or medium watercolour paper 180gsm to 300gsm. It will not work with a thin bond (like photocopy) paper
  • Safe and easy to use: Our highly pigmented fast drying dual tip marker pens are non irritant, non toxic, acid free with no chemical smells

5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality and value!

Overall I am super pleased with this purchase. I really like the quality of these markers for the price, and the quantity. I saw some other reviewers mention there were a couple very similar colors, and the markers weren’t numbered so it could be hard to keep track. I just tested them all and numbered them when they first arrived, I didn’t mind doing this at all. Also loved the freebie printable coloring sheet. The box is stunning and I couldn’t be happier!

5.0 out of 5 stars Brush ends are great so far - pen tip doesn’t work well on textured paper

I like how the packaging for the watercolors is a reusable travel container for them- very convenient. The brush tips work well so far-(( I just got them so I will see how long it takes them to dry out etc.))
I will say however the pen tip does not work well on textured paper such as watercolor. It feels like a cheap children’s pen on the pen side.
However, that doesn’t bother me much since I only got them for the brush tip.
UPDATE; the pen tip does work well as long as the paper isn’t heavily textured like cold press watercolor paper.

4.0 out of 5 stars nice for quick sketches and fun blending with water
Reviewed in the United States on 28 October 2020
This set is easy to use for drawing precise florals, quick sketches and even blending with water for a bigger wash for landscapes. I think the wide colour range would be fun to take out for outdoor landscape sketches with water brushes - of course for a small piece only. It would be an alternative to traditional watercolour sketches. The colour range is good for landscapes and florals. The set lacks flesh colour for skin but can be achieved by adding water to the light peach colour.

Beware of ink spilling when you open the cap. I spilt drops of ink on the paper in the photo I uploaded. i tried to wash away the colour just like watercolour but still there are some stains.

Compared to the desired Tombow pens, the tips of brushes are not as precise for lettering but of course the price is just a fraction. The fine tips are finer that that of Tombow.
