A really great cookbook, the recipes are written simply so that they are so easy to follow.
I like the way the book is divided into 18 main ‘hero’ ingredients with ‘7 Ways’ to cook them, which makes it easy for the shopping list.
The recipes are not too difficult to follow and if you shop well you can use a lot of the ingredients across multiple recipes to help with budgeting.
This is actually the third Jamie book I have brought as brand new and I don’t regret it.
we've done a few dishes for the family and everyone loves it.
